Mice & Rat Control

Trapping, cleanup, and the sealed gaps that stop the next one getting in.

A mouse needs a gap about the width of a pencil, and an older Ohio house has plenty of them. We start where rodents travel: along foundation walls, behind appliances, under sinks where pipes come through, and in the back corners of a garage. Droppings, gnaw marks, and rub lines show the routes, and traps go on those routes instead of wherever is convenient.

Trapping clears what is already inside. Sealing keeps the next one out, so we close the openings around pipe penetrations, dryer vents, and door thresholds with material rodents cannot chew through. Then we come back to check traps, clear what we caught, and confirm the activity has actually stopped rather than assuming it.
